This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in St. Peters, MO. All items sell as is, as received with no attempt to improve. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all bids. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, September 5th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, September 7th, at the home. The previous tenant did have a dog inside the home. It is not obvious, but if you have allergies or sensitivity, please be aware. Shipping is provided by the UPS store. We do not have any control over the price and / or fees associated with shipping. If you require shipping please let us know in the Notes to Auctioneer section at registration and / or reply to your invoice for shipping. A $5 fee will be charged by the courier to transport to the UPS store.
