Checkout Date/Time	We collect payment when you pickup. This gives you the opportunity to pay however you would like. Cash and approved check are preferred. Cards may be used with a 3 percent fee added on. Visa, Master Card and Discover only. If you require shipping just hit reply to our invoice and we will expedite the process for you. We will package your winnings and determine cost to ship. Then we will add shipping to the invoice and charge your card. You will receive a paid invoice by email. In addition, another email will arrive with your tracking information. Shipping is generally completed by Friday.

Description	Welcome to The Estate Depot Auction house. If you are new here we would like to extend a very warm welcome to you! We are a full service auction house providing estate liquidation and dispersal services. We also assist those who are downsizing & rightsizing by selling the items they do not wish to move to their new residence. We offer complete estate clean-outs including trash hauls, If you would like to auction your vehicles, boats, trailers and real estate we can do that also! We are a full service auction house and we will have your home either ready for your realtor or sold within 10 days after we get started! The only thing you need to do as the owner (or family) is remove the items you're keeping. We will come in and complete the enourmous task of getting the residence empty. We sell here on HiBid because it's a nationwide platform and your auction will have a much wider audience looking at your items and that translates into more bids and more final value!!!! We strive to list one auction a week and our auctions end on Monday evenings at 6 pm Central time. Variety for everyone this week. We have an in person preview on Friday, August 19th from 1 pm to 3 pm at 1528 S. Glenstone, Springfield, Missouri 65804. Pre-bidding is open now. We encourage you to pre-bid and enter your maximum bid. The system will proxy bid in increments of $2.50 and in the event of a tie, the pre-bidder will be the winner. Lot 1 will close at 6 PM CST on Monday, August 22nd. You can attend the auction from your La-Z-Boy chair as all bidding takes place online. Each lot will close in numerical order starting at 6 pm. Pickup is one day only. Tuesday, August 23rd! 9 am to 4 pm at 1528 South Glenstone, Springfield, Missouri 65804. It's imperative you make this pickup date or make other arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Our Springfield location is only open during preview and pickup dates. The remainder of the time there is nobody working there where you can swing in and pickup your items. There are no refunds for abandoned items. We ship all items that will fit in a box with the exception of incredibly fragile items such as a chandelier or framed pictures. We do not ship furniture, mattresses or appliances. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. *We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion for any reason. * Since this is all from one estate there is NO Missouri Sales Tax * Buyer's premium has been waived on this auction. * Visa, Mastercard, Discover are accepted with a 3 percent * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. *Shipping is available through USPS. There is a $5.00 surcharge per bidder number. So if you buy 10 items you are only charged one surcharge of $5.00. Shipping cost is actual plus the $5.00 and insurance is required on all shipments. We will gladly use Flat Rate Boxes to save you money. * For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *If you're unable to make the pick up dates please make arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Items not claimed within 7 days are considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued. Please note that if you are bidding on an auction that's at our Glenstone address we will not transfer sold items to Ozark. Important note: we are not available everyday at the Glenstone location. It is usually locked and secured making it hard for you to retrieve items outside of THE NORMAL SCHEDULED pick up time. If you are bidding on an auction that we're conducting from the residence and you fail to pickup on the assigned date, we will move your items to Ozark for pickup for a fee of $25.00. If your items are lost or stolen during this process, we are not responsible. All items must be claimed within 7 days. No refunds will be issued. We are a proven auction company with a history of fairness and honesty. Any complaints should be directed -j Steve Becker for immediate remedy. It is the bidders responsibility to read and understand all terms prior to bidding.

Shipping / Pick Up

If your winning item(s) will fit into a box we will ship it. Cost to ship is actual plus $3 per box. We do use USPS and UPS and coordinate the most cost effective solution for you including Flat Rate Boxes through USPS. If you need shipping just hit reply to your emailed invoice and let us know. Also, please allot up to 5 days for shipping to be completed. We will add the cost of shipping to your invoice, charge your card, email you a new paid invoice and then you will receive a seperate email with your tracking information.
