(4) IF SHIPPING & HANDLING INVOICE HAS NOT BEEN PAID FOR DATE GIVEN THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING ON ITEM'S, UNLESS WE ARE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL TO EXTEND INVOICE DATE.
