Elite Collectibles may refuse to accept a Bidder Registration from any potential Bidder, may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential Bidder, and may revoke the Bidder Registration or bidding privileges of any Bidder. By registering to bid, YOU represent to Elite Collectibles that you are at least eighteen 18 years of age and that you are otherwise legally able to enter into a contract. By bidding you are stating that you are able to pay for your won auction items, the buyer's premium & the shipping and handling. By bidding you constitute a legal, valid, binding, and enforceable contract between Auctioneer and each Bidder. Please view all items you intend to bid on and make your own determination of value and/or condition. You are responsible to preview each item from the pictures & descriptions. This is a soft close auction so please be aware that with the internet there are delays in transmission that could result in your bid not being received. We never want to have anything fake in our auctions. *CONDITION: Bidder inspection is encouraged! You must view pictures to determine condition of items. *Precious Metals & Coins: We guarantee all gold, silver, and other precious metals to be authentic. We may have a reserve close to scrap prices on precious metals. *Graded & Raw Cards: We only guarantee items graded by PSA, Beckett, SGC, CCG or CSG! If the card is RAW (ungraded), we will not give any specific details on what we think it will grade. If you do send an item to be authenticated and it's deemed not authentic we will cover the purchase price and buyers premium for that item. We will not cover grading fees. *Signed Items: We guarantee all signed items we sell in auction (This Excludes Items Bought In Bulk Lots). We can send your items in to PSA at a discounted rate for you starting at $8 (Price Depends on who signed the item). We send into PSA about once a month. You have 45 days from the date of purchase to get it authenticated. We will not cover authentication fees if you decide to send off yourself.
