Auction Terms & Conditions ONLINE BIDDING ONLY: We try to describe all items to the best of our ability, however, all items in this auction are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with any and all faults and/or flaws. ALL items in this auction are sold with NO warranty/guarantee stated or implied. ALL bidders must be at least 18 years of age to bid and purchase all items on this auction. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchased item. Example: If you bid $50.00 on an item and you are the winning bidder at that price, you will be charged $55.00 at check out. $50.00 bid + 10% buyer's premium = $55.00. PREVIEW TIMES: Bidders are welcome to come to our store location, during regular business hours, to preview any and all items, before bidding. We are located on the Marshfield square at: 111 E. Jefferson St. Marshfield, MO Our business hours are: Wednesday-Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm. There may be random times we have to be closed during those hours, but we always post closures on or Facebook page. WE WILL BE CLOSED JUNE 19-28 FOR VACATION. PAYMENT: After the auction has closed, an invoice will be sent to the email you registered with. You will need to follow the payment link in that email, which will take you to the page where you can pay with your Credit Card, Venmo or PayPal. All items are to be paid for, with within 24 hours of the auction's end, unless prior arrangements are made, before the live bidding starts. Payments made in person, at the time of pick-up, will need to be Cash, Credit Card, Paypal, CashApp or Venmo. PICK-UP TIMES: All items must be picked up from out facility, within 6 days of the closing day of the auction. We are more than happy to provide help loading your items. Due to our limited space, we DO NOT have boxes and packing materials available So please be prepared, by brining your own boxes and packing materials. Any items that are left more than 6 days after the auction's closing, will incur a $10.00 per day storage fee. Any items left more than 14 days after the auction's closing, will be forfeited by the bidder, with NO refunds, and will be resold or disposed of accordingly. SHIPPING ITEMS: If a bidder wants an item shipped, the bidder must contact us within 3 days of the auction's closing, to make shipping arrangements. We DO NOT package items for shipping. We take the bidder's won items, along with the bidder's shipping address and contact information, to the Marshfield UPS Store. At that point, the items are in the UPS Store's hands and all further arrangements and shipping expenses, are solely between the Bidder and the UPS Store, and we have no further responsibility for those items or further incurred expenses. If a bidder would like to purchase a larger item that can not be shipped through the UPS Store, the bidder is SOLEY responsible for finding another shipper or freight service and setting up all packaging and shipment arrangements, at their own time and expense. If it is an item we are able to deliver in our truck or trailer, we will be happy to deliver the items to the shipping/freight location, for a small handling fee. But once we deliver the items to the bidder's requested location, we are no longer responsible for the items, arrangements or further expenses incurred , same as items we deliver to the UPS Store. We also offer Delivery services for most items, within a 200 mile radius of Marshfield, for an additional fee. You will need to contact us at least 24 hours before the auction starts, to discuss possible delivery, times and fees. DISCREPANCIES: We try to make things as easy and Customer Friendly as possible, however, any discrepancies related to any item descriptions, pictures, information, terms & conditions or any other parts of this auction, will be handled and settled at the discretion of the Auctioneer/Hog Eye Antiques, LLC. WARRANTY/CONDITION OF ALL ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. As stated above, we describe all items to the best of our ability, but, it is still the sole responsibility of the bidder to make sure the items are in satisfactory condition before bidding. We try to be accurate with our descriptions, but descriptions are not guaranteed. If you are unsure about an item's condition, you need to come preview the item or please bid accordingly.
