Auction Terms & Conditions Pickup for this auction will be in Ashland, Missouri at the old Bilt-Rite lumber facility on Thursday, March 15, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION! Loader will be on-site to help load. Buyer is responsible for taking apart items. All items are to be picked up during the hours listed above unless special arrangements have been made in advance. After the closing of the normal pick-up hours, all open invoices will be charged to the credit card on file and a $25 late pick up fee will be added to the invoice amount. The items will then be held for 10 days from the closing of the auction, or 1 week from the end of the normal pick up hours. If the card on file is declined, the items will immediately be relisted and the original purchaser will be temporarily banned from the auction until an updated credit card is on file. Smalls and tools may be picked up either day, furniture must be picked up on Wednesday. Full address will be published at blackandgoldauctions.com the day prior to the preview. The bidder is responsible for packing materials, moving equipment, and moving assistance. While our employees will help when able, we do not always have someone available to assist. Black and Gold Auctions reserves the right to refuse to move items that can’t be moved by the bidder themselves.
