REGISTRATION: Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all these Terms & Conditions and any other announced Terms & Conditions of auction or rules of this site. Auction company has sole discretion as to who can and cannot place bids. HGWTllc does not have the ability to register bidders. We use a rented online platform and do not control registrations. ITEMS CONDITION: All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks, or refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value, and any other determinative factor. Description and photos are offered as a guide only. We do not proclaim to be experts, any description we provide is our opinion and not to be taken as fact. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered, please contact us to schedule a time. HGWTllc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match the picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches, and wear may not have been called out. PAYMENT: All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices more than $1000 must be paid by approved methods. Approved methods are Cash, Certified Check on a Local Bank, Wire Transfer or Credit Card with matching ID presented in person All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidder's total winning amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Any Chargeback is subject to a defense fee of $100 to offset the time and fees associated with the chargeback PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. BREACHING of TERMS: If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Item pick up is May 11th from 12pm til 6pm Any items not picked up on this date will be left at the estate without any remediation We do not offer in house shipping! Shipping is offered through a 3rd Party, we utilize The UPS Store in St Peters, they will be handling all shipping. We will deliver your purchases to them within 2 business days of auction close. Please respond to your invoice within 24 hours of receipt if shipping is required. Their Phone # is 636.397.2750 There is a $5 fee to transport to shipper Invoices of less than $1000 are charged to card on File at auction close unless prior arrangements are made. Payments over $1000 are payable via wire transfer or approved funds. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases.
