Everything sold as is, no returns, no refunds or exchanges. Some of the furniture is return items, it was returned for a reason, most of it is marked wrong color, wrong size or wrong item. There may be pieces missing or damage. There is no shipping on this auction. If we don't hear from you within 2 weeks and your items are not picked up, we will relist it.

There is no shipping on this auction, pickup will be Monday and Tuesday from 2 -6. We will be leaving on vacation, so these are the only pickup dates until we get back.
