This is done in order to prevent bid sniping. Payment for an item AND its shipping costs must be received before an item will be shipped or picked up. If an item is brand new and sealed in the box, we have marked it as such. Otherwise, the item may be used, not functioning properly, or defective. Your credit cards will be processed within 24 hours of the auction end time. If the card on file is declined, you will be contacted to pay with another card or by cash in person. If you do not return our calls, emails, etc, regarding your failure for payment, your items will not be held AND you will be banned from bidding on our online auctions. You cannot receive your items unless you have paid for them. Once an item is shipped, the item is under your ownership. We will accept no responsibility for your items once they leave our facility. We will purchase no extra insurance for shipping items. Your balance will be charged to the card on file within 24 hours of the auction end. If you do not pick up your items or arrange for later pickup or shipping within 5 days of auction end, ownership of your won items will be relinquished to Rocking R Enterprises, LLC and the items may be sold again, regardless of whether or not payment has been received for the items.
